A Small Moment on the Sidewalk Outside Trump Hotel on Thursday

Seconds after the sentencing, a small act of celebration in Columbus Circle got quietly hosed off the pavement.

Out front of Trump International Hotel moments after the verdict was handed down, a man could be seen gleefully scribbling in chalk in the sidewalk.

One of several NYPD officers standing nearby waited patiently until the man took a photo of his handiwork. The cop then sighed, wandered over, unspurled a hose and washed off the small act of celebration.
